Delete your account

You can delete your PartnerAlarm account directly from the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

Open PartnerAlarm on your phone

Go to Settings — tap the gear icon in the top right

Scroll down to Danger zone

Tap Delete account and confirm

What gets deleted

Your profile and display name Deleted immediately
Partner connections Deleted immediately
Alarm history Deleted immediately
Push notification token Deleted immediately
Subscription record Retained while active

Can't access the app? Contact us and we'll delete your account manually within 30 days.
